What is the Wesleyan Fund?
The Wesleyan Fund program is dedicated to providing institutional scholarships and program support for our students as they pursue their degrees from Texas Wesleyan University. The Wesleyan Fund is currently the highest giving priority.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes, your gift is tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt for your gift shortly after the University processes the gift. In cases where there are benefits associated with your gift, the value of those benefits will be noted on your receipt.
What are the different ways I can make a gift to the University?
Texas Wesleyan University accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. You can make your gift online or over the phone at 817-531-4404. To make a gift with a check, please send to Texas Wesleyan University, Office of Advancement, 1201 Wesleyan Street, Fort Worth, TX 76105.
Why is alumni giving so important?
Alumni participation rates are a factor considered by corporations and foundations when selecting colleges and universities to support financially. The more alumni who give, the better our chances are to receive funding for the University. EVERY GIFT-no matter the size-MAKES A DIFFERENCE! Additionally, publications such as U.S. News & World Report use alumni participation rates in determining rankings for colleges and universities.
When do I send my money?
You can send your gift at any time. Our fiscal year is June 1–May 31.
